      1: You will develop fast here. You'll be pushed, challenged, and will be given a lot right away. 2:The team I work with is amazing, our manager is one of the best persons to work under. 3:Amid lockdown, Flextrade conducts timely meetings to understand and know how their employees are holding up and if they're facing any problem, which is a really good initiative. Also, all the employees are asked to work from home, in order to break the chain of corona virus spread

      Not micro-managing environment, lots of freedom.

      Cons

      Glass ceiling, certain people are treated as 'favourites' because of non-performance related reasons, or they're the longest around. Being there the longest doesn't mean most capable.

      Pros

      You get to work with some of the smartest (and most valuable) clients in the industry. The exposure to clients is unparalleled to anywhere I have worked. Clients truly view us as a partnership, and most people in the financial industry would be envious of the face time and insight we get. It def feels like we're industry leaders.

      Cons

      Work can be intense and stressful - but it's made clear in the interview process this is the case. Never a dull moment.
