      Pros

      Very flexible - truly gets putting family first. Beautiful office (UK) with great benefits - breakfast daily, lunch on Friday and treat for all holidays

      UK has to often live by US (head office) working hours

      Free lunch on Fridays and for special holidays (Chinese New Year, Diwali, etc.) Regular company social events (quiz night, games night) Breakout room and bean-bag room for relaxation Decent healthcare benefits including Vitality Healthcare and a Bupa Dental Plan Free dinner for late evenings at work Monthly pizza meetups: listening to talks hosted by colleagues whilst eating free pizza Client services in particular: Full of friendly people who know how to get the work-life balance right Paths of progression are clear and transparent, and hard work and experience is valued Great team camaraderie within each of the sub-teams

      There are often calms and storms of workload; periods of quiet followed by periods of intensity that require working longer hours to deal with There are the usual growing pains of a smaller company becoming a mid-size company in a short space of time A lot of recent structure changes in Client Services have been disrupted, but this looks to be settling down for the near future
