Lower level employee=BAD Upper level employee=GOOD
Pros
My resume looks better, as I am a "jack of all trades, master of none" you get your hands on a lot of different things, so you at least experience new things.
Cons
Little room for growth, no continued education. This company is supposed to be about providing great customer service, except the employees who have the most customer interaction get payed the least. The TAC (technical assistance center) is pretty much responsible for the entire data center's day to day customer activities, not to mention they have to be the ones that save the day if the facility experiences a power outage or cooling failure. They also are the lowest of the low on the employee totem pole. Their job responsibilities are literally 3 pages long, and they get payed the wages of a Costco stock person.
