Thanks for the feedback! We have modified the night shift to have some overlap and training opportunities with overlap onto other shifts to make our 3rd shift team feel less isolated.

Pros

Relaxed but professional environment. A decent amount of opportunity to learn new skills. Good health and wellness benefits. Communicating with peers and other departments is encouraged. There is a strong, inclusive company culture.

Cons

The pay is quite low compared to the local region averages. Concerns or requests for information only seem to warrant a reply when it comes from a C-level employee.

Pros

Good benefits, great team, and good compensation. The goals and vision at the company were great. Until recently, there was alway a good push for training, team building, etc.

Cons

Management changes that were focused on short term gains changed the feel of the company. We lost a lot of good, long-term team members over my last 6 months. Often leadership changes lead to constantly changing priorities.
