Peak-10 needs pay employees better.

Pros

Due to the many customers Peak-10 has, your exposure to a myriad of technologies is broad. You never seem to do the same thing any one day. Lots of collaboration between teams, everyone is professional and you work with some of the brightest minds the industry has. Constant exposure to many tools and varied environments.

Cons

The pay is not at industry` standards. Pay raises are ridiculous or nonexistent for however the company seems to be able to afford to pay executive level positions well. This in turn is causing many long term employees to seek other employment and Peak-10 is loosing some good talent which is starting to reflect in their support abilities.

Don't expect to get training because it gets in the way of drinking

The pay Checks eventually clear the bank

Cons

I was promised training for over a year as well as raises. While I was patiently waiting for these things there were numerous occasions where My supervisor and management decided to drink beer and play video games rather than provide promised training. When I asked one time too many I was fired. Then to add insult to Injury my final paycheck bounced.
