Company has been changing, not many long time employees left.

Despite many initiatives to make the company better, there doesn't seem to be much follow through on them. There is a great deal of turnover at the lower rungs of technical support. Not much training for technical support or sales. The company is not very progressive with its technology. Focus always seems to be on squeezing more of the customers, employees and existing products with customers and employees not seeing the returns. A lot of bottlenecks in developing and implementing new products. Marketing seems to be unfocused, throwing a lot of stuff out there that doesn't make much sense. Not many of them understand the business and they seem to be in a silo that doesn't interact with other departments. Not sure what the future will be with new ownership and there is not a lot of communication about it.
