Pros

Uncapped commission- you can genuinely earn the amounts recruitment tell you; great social events to celebrate success; expanding company so plenty of chances for promotion through the stores (or even to other areas)

Cons

The first six months is hard coming to terms with systems, sales etc. but once you get through this life is easier! This isn't a 'go home at 5.30 on the dot' company.
