Pros

Great pay, but not worth the headache.

Cons

Management in the Wichita Caravan program: no people skills, no management skills, changes your schedule on a daily basis. Service contract: you are charged for training that is part of your job should you quit within 2 years. I was let go, and they claim I quit. Now I'm getting charged $15K. Also, if you are an experienced pilot, don't waste your time grounded in a classroom. Get a pilot job and make your life enjoyable.
