Pros

It is a job and if you live local you can get a paycheck. Final product is expensive, but relatively decent simulators. Most people at the company will not interact with each other outside of the job.

Cons

Supervisors have no problems with losing to and about employees. They will offer things that are in direct violation to the employee handbook. When caught in a lie, it gets worse and management just try’s to sweep everything under the rug.

Pros

Interesting and diverse work. Good benifits. Good amount of vacation.

Cons

The culture around engineering is everyone gets promoted mostly based off years of service. Several groups best employees are not the highest paid or have the higher titles (i.e. Staff Engineer). This keeps the average to below average employees happy, but quickly runs off the best employees in the company.

Pros

Overall good company to work for at most centers. People follow the processes and truly care about the quality of training and maintenance.

Cons

Seattle learning center is a hole. Center manager (former as of 7-2016) was strictly focused on profit at the sacrifice of employees as well as quality of training. HR rep there is completely unethical and out of touch with teammate's needs and concerns.
