Pros

Great flexibility and hours, nice co-workers (most), decent benefits, job stability.

Cons

Backstabbing between employees (some), micro-management, below average pay, managers not capable of managing.

Do not let the Berkshire Hathaway Co. name fool you!

Pros

Most of the people are nice.

Cons

I would say RUN but I didn't listen to the reviews on here either. No one wants to take responsibility for their own “jobs”. If there is a finger available to point it will be pointed. Lots of back stabbing and subtle performance assassination. If you are not liked by the bullies in the building they will find a way to get you to leave or get rid of you. Human resources doesn’t act very quickly/at all to some issues. Verbal and physical abuse has been reported and the ones doing the abuse are still able to continue as if it is acceptable. Toxic Environment!

Pros

It's challenging and if you're willing to do the legwork you will learn a lot.

Cons

Low pay for a ton of work and the bemefits have gone downhill. I basically held 3 jobs for the pay of 1. After 18 years with the company I earned $38,500 salary. When I left to apply for disability (on my dctors orders) I was treated poorly and the disability insurance I paid for all those years refused to cover me. I'm 51 now and have had 3 mini strokes and am facing the rest of my life in a wheelchair.
