Good pay benefits decent PTO Some room to grow

Cons

there is no work life balance. some days fly by like a breeze and some days you want to rip your hair out. You could take a couple days PTO as a break but as soon as you get back to work you feel burnt out again. didn't realize working in corporate America meant you were going to work with high schoolers who are just looking to get someone in trouble. management can mircomanage, but im sure thats dependent on which center youre at. I dont hate my job but i'm not over the moon about it.

Pros

I absolutely loved my team and that made this a wonderful job for me. I loved the training in Dallas, which set me up for success in this position.

Cons

Some work could be done remotely (and would be more productive), but FSI won't offer this option.
