Middle managers and support staff are friendly and great to work with Benefits are good

Cons

Used to be a great company but theres no direction anymore. Corporate leadership toxic, political, and unethical. They dont care about safety unless it's revenue generating. They will give out praise all year then tell you you underperformed during annual review with no suggestions on how to improve.

Pros

When I was there they fostered a family centric attitude towards all of their employees as a whole. They allowed for everyone to thrive in their roles, trusting that everyone that was hired there were all at the top of their game.

Cons

Unfortunately, the department I worked in at the time was becoming increasingly micro managed by certain personalities that did not know how to manage long term. At first they were fine and as a person were nice, but over time it became clear that they were unclear of the way to manage properly.
