Some awful rude and aggressive colleagues, poor training material, poor IT and terribly disorganised.

Good paying job with good working conditions

Cons

Working overtime is mandatory - schedules can include three weeks on with 2 days off. Complex management structures with lots of middle management which leads to loads of office politics and inefficiencies.
