Pros

Salary paid on time. Rosters stable. Training very good quality. Excellent staff restaurant, Tea and coffee facilities and snacks on tap.

Cons

Divided into project teams per aircraft type. Quality of the work experience 100 per cent determined by the caliber and personality of your Project Manager. Some appalling Project Managers made some individuals life a misery.

Pros

Scheduling is quite interesting and challenging. If you are good with speaking with aviation professionals (niche) you might enjoy this.

Cons

Extremely difficult to move up the ladder. Scheduling is great but the change to the call center model is terrible. Customer Support ironically doesn't support Customer Support.
