I was offered a job as a Simulator Instructor and as a condition of employment was required to sign a very unfair, company favorably 2 year Training Contract for the inflated price of my training. Voluntary resignation in the first year required 100% payback, resignation at the 23rd month of employment required nearly 50% payback. I declined the job as a result. When I asked if this applied at all the Learning Centers, I was told that this eventually would apply at every Center. Beware Guys and Gals.
