Pros

My managers are fantastic, and most of my teammates have a genuine passion for what they do. My schedule is flexible and my boss is understanding.

Cons

Everything requires approval from corporate, which is often hard to get or a very slow process. Also, as with most large companies, the experience is not the same in all the learning centres. I am lucky with my centre and my team.
