      Pros

      The recruiting process was clear, communicative, and very human. I always knew what to expect, and the team was supportive and thoughtful throughout. One of the better hiring experiences I've had.

      Pros

      There are - some - nice people who are motivated and will stand around you to cheer on success.. Generous base salary pay

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Leadership needs to walk a day in the life of what the Sales Reps experience front end. The political views of the geographic region plays a HUGE part in if you will be successful in your territory or not. Management does not listen to what should be changed, very KPI metric driven.. not a true SaaS model and they are trying to make it one. Mental health will take a toll if you are not ok with being on the road every single week traveling to customers.

      -Very professional and succinct interview/hiring process -Solid compensation -Supportive managers, positive team culture -Remote, work/life balance (for the most part)

      -A lot of weekly meetings, taking away from sales cycle -Unrealistic expectation of sales cycle timeframe -Uneven rules enforcement on KPIs
