Pros

Get experience on your resume.

Cons

-Managers have aggressive and inconsistent goals. They always use phrases like "stepping up our team" but are not willing to step up the pay -Disorganization and inconsistent procedures are leading to people working 50+ hours a week -If the higher-ups mess up, they always blame it on lower management and mark you for termination -Upper management using toxic phrases such as "You are overpaid" and if you set boundaries you are seen as not a team player -If your teammates work 45+ hours and you don't, you are seen as lazy and marked for termination -Have seen coworkers log in at 10:00 at night working and punish you if you don't do the same -Miscommunication and tools used in the job keep breaking but expect the same results no matter what -Micromanagement is rampant and a lot of mistakes are being made -Every week we need a "Big effort", which could have been prevented if the higher-ups stopped fighting and playing games.

Pros

There are none worth mentioning

Cons

They actually had the audacity to call the temp agency recruiter, and have her to ask me to take down the review. She stated she understood I needed closure but I clarified that I am fine with the decision the company made not to continue employing me but will NOT let the unprofessional behavior go unchecked. Period. The unscrupulous tactics are perpetual with this company and one person is the culprit. Asking me to delete my review further proves my point about their unethical behavior. First, I agreed to remove it and I took it down. However, everything that I am saying is true and I have solid proof of everything I claim. They had all the managers to throw up a bunch of reviews after I posted my initial review to try to discredit what I said. However, that doesn't negate the fact that your behavior is deplorable. The entire set up is unorganized. There is an unwillingness to help new employees and they give zero training but want you to "use your resources" to figure out how to go about your job. They do not want you to ask your coworkers any questions about what to do; yet they expect you to fumble your way through the day not knowing what to do. They expect you to be responsible for getting materials necessary for field techs to do work in your personal vehicle with no regard for mileage or gas reimbursement. Feedback is not provided even when asked SEVERAL times for it. They don't plan the installs with consideration to their employees taking a lunch but will say, "eating is important!" with a fake smile plastered on their faces. HOWEVER, they take lots of corporate lunches and don't even offer to get the employees stuck behind a drink of water!

I’m sorry your temporary work assignment was such a poor experience. We are building a new company and it’s growing very rapidly. You rightly point out that with that growth comes opportunities for us to make improvements when it comes to training, organization, and providing clearer feedback. We will work to do better here. Joining a young company like ours comes with perks like the latest computer hardware, unlimited snacks / beverages, and casual dress, but it also comes with the expectation that all employees, whether they are full time or temporary, use their resources to figure out how to do the job well. We cannot afford to sit back and wait. We need people to be proactive. Some people will thrive in that environment, but we know that is not going to be fit with everyone. We wish you luck in your next opportunity.
