Management is terrible, inconsistent and vague performance expectations, good ol boys club mentality. Fast hacks are preferred over quality work. Dissenting opinions are ignored and even punished. Expectation to quietly conform or be seen as not a team player. Unwilling to receive feedback or outside perspective. Zero encouragement, positivity or personality from team or management, just expected to silently be a top performer. No collaboration - get it right the first time or you're a bad engineer. Unrealistic expectations for new hire ramp up speed. New hires have little support and no one championing for them. Jump into the deep-end and learn to swim on your own before you drown.

Pay is below industry, terrible manager with no real growth opportunities. No diversity.
