      Its better to be lucky than good

      Cons

      Sales success is 100% reliant on your territory patch. Folks in Texas and Georgia consistently hit quota with minimal effort, while everyone else STRUGGLES. Major crime cities like Denver, Syracuse, and Boston/Cambridge have cancelled contracts because of self created egg in the face, due to a federal pilot program gone astray. This creates constant turnover, unattainable goals, poor egos, and boiler room sales culture. Even more ridiculous is every state has the same quota.

      The company is tackling real-world problems that matter, & the mission is something you can genuinely feel day to day. Teams are made up of smart, motivated people who care about doing good work & supporting one another. There’s a lot of ownership and autonomy, & you’re trusted to figure things out rather than being micromanaged. I’ve also appreciated the pace of learning & the exposure to complex, interesting challenges that help you grow professionally.

      Cons

      Like many fast-growing companies, things can sometimes feel reactive, & priorities may shift quickly. Cross-team alignment & communication can be inconsistent, which can create confusion or rework. Some processes & tooling are still catching up to the scale of the organization, which can slow execution or put extra load on teams during busy periods.
