Flock reviews

I've worked many places and in many different areas of business. I can say, Flock is special. I've never been treated better by my team or leadership. The people here not only care about you, but trust you to do your job and don't micromanage. The leadership team communicates the goals and timelines of the company regularly. They also have open communication about the use and ethics of our products. Internal mobility at Flock is encouraged. I've seen more people promoted here than I have at any previous company I've worked at. Last and certainly not least, its amazing to work for a place that actively makes the community better. I see on the regular that my fellow Flock employees have assisted in finding missing people and children or solved a crime.

Flock is a mission driven company more than any other company I've been a part of. On a daily basis I hear real stories about how the tech we build helps keep communities safer by helping solve crime. Very fulfilling. On the revenue org specifically, it's a fast paced environment. I have a lot of autonomy in my role to take on projects I think will impact the business and I get to see the results of those projects. Many customers have said our product is the best thing they've seen in their careers. You gotta love selling a product like that! Overall, the company has a great track record of meeting/exceeding quarterly goals.
