      Some sales departments are better than others, Only certain territories will hit the quota.

      My experience with Flock over the last 2 years is a journey I wouldn't trade for anything. As an individual contributor, there are highs and lows but strong leaders are there to guide you to success. As a person who takes Glassdoor reviews into serious consideration before joining a company, I can confidently say Flock is where you want to be. Strong leadership Strong market fit with the best product out there Mission-driven decision-making - everything we do is to eliminate crime and stand by our mission through and through

      Cons

      As a remote company, leadership could find more creative ways to grow culture. Ie more in-person events (especially within departments) Pay could be better - equity is great No 401-K match

      In such a fast paced environment, individuals have a lot of ownership over our roles. With that comes a lot of responsibility. It's very rewarding when we succeed. There's a big emphasis on growth and learning from mistakes.

      With any rapidly growing company, communication can be a challenge. It's important for each individual to be proactively reaching out to other departments to know what their main focuses are.
