      Flock is one of a kind. We have a clear mission and an extreme focus on our customers, which makes the work incredibly rewarding. There is a lot of ownership here, and you get to solve real problems that matter.

      Cons

      The pace and workload can be intense. It is not for everyone, but that is also part of what makes the work meaningful.

      Its better to be lucky than good

      Cons

      Sales success is 100% reliant on your territory patch. Folks in Texas and Georgia consistently hit quota with minimal effort, while everyone else STRUGGLES. Major crime cities like Denver, Syracuse, and Boston/Cambridge have cancelled contracts because of self created egg in the face, due to a federal pilot program gone astray. This creates constant turnover, unattainable goals, poor egos, and boiler room sales culture. Even more ridiculous is every state has the same quota.

      Great mission Great people Very transparent company. Remote first. Good work life balance. Also coming out with you great tech

      Cons

      Be ready to run hard, but it's worth it. Things change a lot as it's fast-paced. But decisions are made with good reason.
