      Strong product, political challenges are real

      Pros

      Product remains strong and new products including trailers are well received by the market. Product market fit remains unbeatable. Complex company with heavily involved leadership team (good and bad). High demands and not a place to 'coast.

      Cons

      Political and press headwinds are real. The reps hitting target are doing it on 2-3 major deals. It is no longer a run rate business and well developed, complex deals are now needed to hit the number.

      Amazing people all working on one mission ... creating a safer country. I have worked at many fast growing tech companies and this is the first I feel truly passionate about.

      high expectations which is great for high quality colleagues but some folks might not want to work as hard as expected at Flock.
