      Pros

      As with any hyper-growth company, Flock has evolved and dealt with growing pains. Time and time again I have seen leadership step up to the challenge with grace and mission first. This is a place where you can grow and feel great about the work you are doing. While the work is challenging, the company is very supportive of flexibility. As someone who has taken a parental leave, I felt very extremely supported in doing so and feel like I am encouraged to put my family first.

      Cons

      This is not a place for someone looking for a basic 9-5 role. It is fast moving and intense at times.

      Selling a product that works and easy to believe in. Get equity in company.

      Cons

      Sales goals are unattainable - less than 20% of reps hit annual quota. You end up project managing the opportunities you win.
