      Pros

      Flock is the best place I've worked. I've been here almost 4 years. They treat you like an adult and trust you to do your work without micromanaging. Everything is fast paced, like most startups. The executive team has weekly updates for the company and the product and answer questions. HR is supportive and responsive.

      Cons

      Only con is people not understanding what Flock does or believing fake news about Flock. We solve crime. We've found over 1000 missing people.
