      The work is challenging, but provides an amazing opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and to have ownership over one's area of expertise. Management listens well to their employees with regards to what work they feel is important and what resources they feel are necessary to accomplish those goals. The employees are very enjoyable to work with. They are all fun, talented, and have a strong work ethic. They are also excited to share their knowledge and to learn about others' domains, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
