Get to work from home which is a big selling point for them, but you are on the phone and in front of a computer 12 hours a day six days a week.

Cons

Hours are atrocious, amount of work is overwhelming. They will kick you to the curb in a heartbeat if you speak up. It is "factory teaching".

Teachers carrying way too many student loads. The bottom line is it is aobut numbers of completions not aobut student relationships or high quality educational experiences. There is no end to the work for the teachers.

Pros

You work from home but they can come in any time, and they expect you to be there 8-8,7 days a week.

Cons

Admin has no clue what is going on at the teacher level. Treatment is bad and expectations weekly are unreasonable. Teachers are now leaving in droves due to treatment. Only the new teachers claim it is good until there are there for a while. Also if they let you with reduction in force they will not give you a recommendation so your work their is for naught.
