They are the older, biggest, and best state-run virtual program. Their name is recognized all over the U.S. and working for them provides you great opportunity to move into the online k-12 arena.

Cons

Some employees who work from home feel isolated and almost abandoned at times because the only time you might hear from your manager is if someone has a problem with the service you're providing.
