      Pros

      Very Few but with a few good hires in senior management things can turn around quick

      Cons

      The new CIO does not have a clue the last person had a timeshare background as well. Hire someone who understands learning technology and has some common sense. Anyone can look at a Gartner report and say we need to do that. A good CIO needs to have a research background or know how to see through marketing hype. Timeshare is all marketing hype so I guess the current and previous CIO's drank the Kool-Aid. Julie is well respected she just needs a better team around her.

      - flexible, really getting to know students, great work/life balance, tons of support from the administration. -I am a first year teacher here at FLVS and was very scared when I read some of these reviews. I have never worked an 80hr week- not even when I was first learning everything. The support I recieved from my mentor, instructional leader and high level of professional development opportunities are amazing.

      Cons

      There are going to be cons with every job. The largest and only thing that I dislike is that we need to complete a certain number of students a year. I agree with the completions, however I do not feel that my numbers should be impacted if a student decideds they do not want to take the course anymore, never even start the course or better yet they were placed in it by their guidance counselor by mistake.
