Great people (leadership & co-workers). Each day is different and high paced. Lots of advancement opportunities, trainings, and focus on employee development. Good benefits and pay-- on-site medical clinic, gym, cafe, lots of social opportunities. You can tell most employees really like coming to work.

Cons

Lots of priorities and balls in the air. If you don't like a fast pace, may be hard to adjust. Learning curve can be tough but very doable
