Pros

Lots of social options after work for employees, work from home days, lots of vacation time

Cons

Lots of nepotism, No processes, unorganized (but tries to hide that by saying , we are flexible) No KPI structure, you get promoted when ever "they" feel like you are ready., not based on performance. Employees are stretched thin.
