Best company I've ever worked for! Great work-life balance and great benefits, including flex scheduling, PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vison/etc. Easy access to senior leaders who really listen. Lots of social events, high chance to grown inside the company, and high investment in employee development. Office environment is great, with an informal working culture.

Cons

The business model can be very complicated and it takes time to understand as a new associate.

Work life balance, great co-workers, fresh perspective, investment in technology and people, high-growth, open concept office (pretty new)...if you are coming from a competitor it's like night and day. Results driven work environment. We have a great social committee which sponsors work events every month.

Cons

Hard to navigate the complexities of the business, some processes are a little rigid.
