Pros

Salary and discounts are good. Strong talent: lots of learning opportunities from peers. Work being done is fun and rewarding.

Cons

Management. They breed toxic culture. Seems to be a problem across the org: UI/UX, FED, QA, you name it. No processes in place do address culture concerns. HR isn't helpful either.

Pros

Co-workers/peers Commute: proximity to Penn Station

Cons

VERY POLITICAL - Moves/promotions and job recognition are NOT merit based. HR involvement in decision process making is excessive and doesn't empower supervisors to manage and motivate their teams properly. Culture has changed tremendously........employees are overworked and walk on eggshells since the recent layoffs.

Pros

Love the product, sneakerhead dream, commission sales easy when working release date shoes

Cons

Fair is a foreign word, management sometimes expected/ demanded to work 60-80 hours but only get paid for 40, recognition is seldom, pay is unequal for people at same position doing same job, part-timers make little to nothing so turnover rate is high thus leading to more hours for management, system is completely flawed at corporate level
