      Unfair Favoritism and Betrayal Undermines Team Morale

      Pros

      The synergy I experienced with my former co-workers was unparalleled. We shared a common goal and worked seamlessly together to achieve it.

      Cons

      The boss had a strong and unreasonable preference for certain employees, which made the work environment really bad. People often played dirty and talked behind each other's backs, making it a placed where nobody felt good or could work well. The unfair favoritism led to promotions and opportunities being given based on personal liking rather than on how hard someone worked or their skills. This made it disheartening to see colleagues getting special treatment while the rest of us felt unappreciated and ignored. The constant gossip and betrayal made it hard to focus on our tasks and work together as a team. To make matter worse, the higher-ups were not open and accountable, which only added to our frustration and feeling on hopelessness.

      The company's disregard for employee well-being is evident in their discourteous treatment of staff, fostering a culture of disrespect and dissatisfaction.       Good place to work overall

      Pros

      Most people are very passionate about their work and how the work contributes to the well-being of donors and our communities. There are a LOT of very smart people who work here. The people here are truly experts in their fields, and I feel like I can go to any of them with questions. I feel like the company overall is very transparent about roles and expectations. I think assistance is freely offered to help improve when results aren't meeting expectations.

      Cons

      So far, I don't see a lot of cons, and what I've seen are very minor. I've read other reviews and respect those views, but I'm not seeing some of those criticisms myself.
