Pros

Everyone is either a master at what they do and are actively seeking to improve themselves and the company, the benefits are incredible, pay is good, and the people are better. The philanthropy and efforts to be committed to being nature-friendly are inspiring!

Cons

If you are not a person who is driven and passionate, willing to work hard and commit yourself to the company and the mission, you will have a hard time.

Pros

I started part time at FMG and then went full time. I have almost 20 years of experience in my field and this company has given me the opportunities to grow professionally. The environment is great, family oriented and the leadership always encourages the employees to thrive and achieve the best products and service for the customers. The team spirit is so important and appreciated at FMG. The CEO is always encouraging and inspiring and management cares about the advancement of its employees. Free lunches/Flex schedule/Great benefits, etc. An excellent place to work.

Cons

None to speak of! Great Company.

Pros

Opportunity to work on critically important, challenging projects with Federal agencies like FDA, CDC, and CFPB. Work with really smart, driven (albeit a little nerdy) people.

Cons

Workload can get heavy at key times of year, and although mngt tries to mitigate through various policies, it's largely up to you to be sure to maintain balance.
