Disappointing - principals look the other way if a teacher is their friend. Lack of morals.

Pros

There are some great people working their, but sadly, if you are trying to do the right thing, you are in a minority.

Cons

The district does not rotate their staff - some of their teachers and principals have been doing the same job for over 20 years. If you are in tight with an administrator, you can pretty much get away with anything - including coming in late everyday with a hangover.

Too much politics going on. They act like a government. If someone wants you gone they move you to a school and tell them to get rid of you.
