Thank you for taking the time to give us such a positive review! We are you glad that you enjoy many of the things that make Fortera a great place to work! We are always trying to be Better, Simpler, Faster for our members and our employees. If you have any ideas on how to improve automation for a certain process or procedure please submit your ideas to our innovation council. Clarksville is very much a transient city - especially with Austin Peay State University and Fort Campbell as our neighbors. Fortera is committed to partnering with them both, and we hire many students and military spouses which helps us maintain a wonderfully diverse workforce. And, as much as this is a positive for us, it can be a challenge with increased turnover when these team members either graduate or get stationed somewhere else.
