      Pros

      1) people are so awesome here, the environment is always positive and everyone is so kind. 2) benefits are amazing 3) tons of growth potential 4) managers are accessible and seem to really care and be helpful, they really are a part of the team and not just ordering people around 5) employees are appreciated by managers and VIP's 6) stability 7) did I say that the people are nice?! well they are!

      I have not been here long enough to find cons, but most people I have spoken with love it here even after many years. I have noticed that there are a few people who have been here a long time and don't seem to evolve or deal with change well. some of the technology/software used is not current and not user friendly

      A family environment! Everyone is so kind and helpful! The interview process was really good! And they fully equip you for the job! I love being an employee at Fortera!

      Pros

      Wonderful place to work. The people are inviting and wonderful benefits offered. You feel inclusive to the team while in the recruiting process and when you officially join the team.
