GREAT BENEFITS! Our 401K plan is out of this world! I also enjoy our medical benefits. No co-pays? How awesome! The culture is also a big reason why I enjoy working for Fortera. I never dread coming to work because it feels like family when I am here. We believe in working hard, but also having fun too! From Halloween decorating contests to nerf gun wars we do our best to enjoy the time we spend in the office. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get into the financial industry to check out any available positions that we currently have.

Cons

I truly cannot think of one "con" about working for this organization. I have had so much growth and development since I began working here!

This is the most family oriented job I have ever been apart of. They all make you feel welcome, and not like an outsider!!! They really care about you becoming apart of their family and making sure you understand your job!

Cons

Honestly I have absolutely no cons except that we are only allowed to work five days a week!
