Awful Drama and Terribly Unprofessional Behavior Makes You Question Your Judgement

Some generous benefits =,like 40 days of PTO, were good to have. Sadly, I wasn't able to take advantage of them.

Cons

The work culture is horrible. People behave unprofessionally and create drama for no reason. They also hide their unprofessionalism by lying blatantly and trying to maintain their fakeness. It was ridiculous. I quit in a few months because I couldn't tolerate the endless drama anymore!

Exhaustion Due to Brutal Workloads is Unavoidable!

I was impressed with their commitment to the community. After a few weeks here, however, I realized that they had fooled me.

Cons

The work hours were long, stressful, and exhausting. The workload was usually insane, so most employees had to work a lot harder than expected. The pay was lower than expected. It was poor compared to the work we did. The management never bothered to increase it because they were awful people.
