Pros

Great coworkers, management, and environment. Management is very patient centered and focused on staying up to date on latest evidence based care. Wide variety of patient acuity. Small, tight knit hospital and community.

Small hospital, limited community resources.

I honestly haven't found a con yet but if I was to decide on one I suppose it's that I think with Fairbanks limited job market when they do find good employees they tend to over work them but it keeps people busy and pockets full!
