I have been with the company for almost 3 years, and enjoy the working environment. It is a casual and laid back environment while still being an efficient and productive company. There are opportunities for upward movement, and opportunities to experience different departments within the company if you aren't the right fit for your current one. Company social events during the work day are planned each month, from bringing in lunch to celebrate the holidays to having an ice cream social, which are a lot of fun.
Cons
Foundation is growing at such a rapid pace over the past several years, there are some inevitable growing pains. At times processes can seem inefficient for the company size. However, it does seem that management is aware of this issue and trying to be proactive with the growth.
