      Wow! Thanks for the 4 star review! An insurance license is one of the best perks of working at Foundever. We have a program that helps to train and pays for the insurance license exam. That license is yours to keep. We appreciate when our associates take the time to let us know what is working and where they would like to see positive change. This is why we have implemented our MAX (My Associate Experience) program. It allows our associates voices to be heard and allows them to share their experiences and idea's on how we can make our company the best place to work which includes training.       Pay is terrible, no raises. Benefits are worse than working at a gas station. They expect so much and pay so little.

I do agree that working remotely is a great benefit that helps with work life balance. We also believe that the customer experience is the associate experience. We also encourage our associates to bring these concerns to their Coaches so they can work together to set SMART goals and achieve the best experience possible for both the associate and the customer.
