Pros

Decent pay Overtime offered Training is good, helpful leads and coaches Attendance policy isn’t super strict depending the circumstances but it dose run off of a point system Flexible schedules to a extent

Cons

You could only request off 40 hours of unpaid days in a 6 month period No yearly raises Works off matrix for bonuses and if you have any IT issues that’s counted against your BTP (bill to pay) which affects your bonus, same thing with meetings with your coach if your ever off phones it affects your bonus.

1. Good Training is provided to ensure one passes the official certifications, and also soft skills training for customer support. 2. A clear-cut working hours definition. 3. Always support available for any doubts on call. 4. Small perks based on actionables

Cons

1. Narrow break times 2. Stringent polices which are not employer-friendly 3. Non-flexible working hours (depending on the shift scheduled, no adjustments available) 4. Non-flexible working location (one has to be sitting in the assigned location on the desktop computer) 5. Very less PTO

HMO starting from day 1, gives bonus even for newly hired employees. environment is not toxic like in most BPO companies

The work itself will take a toll on your health (physically, mentally)
