      Great place to work for. Great benefits and plenty of opportunity to grow. They truly do promote from with in. Employees here are friendly. They care about your work life balance

      Like most places it has its stressful moments but you honestly have a team of people willing to help how ever they can.

      Pros

      They definitely try to do their best to make us happy and motivate us to do the best job we can. The benefits are great. The 401k is amazing, they match 200% of the first 3% and match 100% up to 7%. They offer tuition reimbursement, gym reimbursement and much more. They also have provide sport teams that you can play on such as softball, basketball, soccer, bowling, volleyball and much more. There’s a positive and supportive culture of learning and motivating.

      Cons

      Listen,every company always has opportunity for improvement and every job can be stressful at times but Bethpage does everything they can to try and alleviate that stress. There’s really no cons I can think of.
