Pros

Bethpage truly cares about there employees and provides them with a great benefits package as well as a positive and supportive work environment. Job listings are first placed internally so there is plenty of room to grow with the company. Senior management is always open to suggestions and feedback on how to improve the employee experience.

Cons

Pay is comparable to other financial institutions, however the high cost of living in New York means more would always be appreciated.

This really is a great place to work. You can tell the company cares about their employees. They are always buying us lunch and trying different things to make this an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

It can be stressful sometimes but that's any job and the company tries to give you the tools so that you can succeed. I can't really think of any cons.
