      Pros

      I have only been with the company for a little while at this point, but so far everything is great. I've been a member for years and I can say the great service I receive as a member is also given to Bethpage employees. Everyone is extremely happy to be working here and you can't help but be happy as well. Bethpage also offers great benefits and an unmatched 401k.

      Probably sounds cliché, but at this point in my tenure I can't find any!

      Often tasked with work that is fulfilling and important to Bethpage, Outstanding management, Fellow employees and management make you feel welcomed and appreciated from the first day.

      Cons

      There are honestly no downsides that come to mind when I think about working at Bethpage.
