I love working for BFCU because they treat their employees, members, and community like family. When walking through the branches, everybody always has a smile and is eager to say hello! BFCU sets up the foundation for their employees to achieve career growth opportunities by providing comprehensive training for all departments. BFCU also stays very connected to the community and promotes active lifestyles by offering employees the opportunity to join sports such as bowling, softball, and basketball to name a few. I would recommend BFCU to anybody interested in working for an honest company that genuinely cares for their employees lives and well-being!

Working for Bethpage is excellent. The company truly values the work/life balance that most in the working force seek but are unable to obtain. As a whole, Bethpage values not only its membership but each of the individuals that work for them. There is an importance placed and investment made in bettering each employee whether it be through the great benefit programs, community service opportunities or career advancement ability.
