Pros

This is a pro employee and member company that cares about its employees and members by giving them the benefit of the doubt. Without the burden of stockholders the cr union is able to move quickly and make quick business decisions resulting in higher profits which lead to better rates for members.

Cons

Small footprint in the five boros of NYC. Although a con now, presents opportunities in the near future.

Bethpage truly cares about its employees, I have never worked at a place that everyone is so happy to be a work! From the benefits, flexibility for young families, clubs, lunches and parties bethpage cant do enough for its employees. I feel so grateful to be able to work with such incredible people.

Bethpage cares about their employees; because when we are happy we provide amazing customer service which makes our members happy! Our employees are friendly, embrace the community service opportunities and care for each other.

Cons

As we become larger it's harder to know all the employees by name.
